We found parking easily on the street outside. The key pick-up process was smooth and the communication from the owner was helpful.
The noise from the upstairs neighbor was constant and disruptive. We couldn't sleep due to the loud music and even had a scary encounter with the neighbor outside our window.

Very central location, only a few minutes' walk to the main street.
Extremely noisy due to a neighbor playing loud music and disruptive behavior. Uncomfortably hot in the apartment even with all the windows open.
